As the Windows Vista Service pack was announced it was expected soon the download will be available. It was found in Winbeta that Microsoft has posted in their OEM site that the final vista SP1 bits is ready for download and this is accessible for anyone who registers. The file is a 1.13GB .img actually combines the 32bit and 64bit update made in one image. Windows Vista SP1 is an made more new features (i.e) an improved one to the existing significance to the customers but it does not bring new operating system features.
