How To Solve Symantec Start Up Error ?
Sometimes we receive some emails about solving troubles in their PCs. Although we have given some description about the Symantec errors yet we have been receiving some emails to provide the solution for Symantec errors. Here is a new Symantec problem which occurs whenever you install the Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition. The actual problem is that, you will find this C:\Program Files\Symantec folder to open automatically in your start up.
The main reason for this error is some invalid registry reference for your Symantec.

To solve this error just follow the following steps
•Go to the registry ( Start >> Run >> In the blank space type REGEDIT >> Click OK.
•Rush to the following path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
•After finding the right path go to the right pane.

•Then double click “vptray”.
•Change the value from C:\Program Files\Symantec Client\vptray.exe to “C:\Program Files\Symantec Client\vptray.exe”
•Close the registry window and restart the computer.
•This is smart enough to fix the above error.
