Your solution for blocking Google Chrome pop ups will not work, since now, the option to uncheck “Notify me when a pop up is blocked” is no longer an option.
It does not appear in the Under the Hood tab.
So now what?
Chrome 8 has changed this a little – it’s still “under the hood”, but under Privacy | Content Settings | Popups.
